ZYMI is at the forefront of organic baking. A family-run organic bakery established in 1999 in Athens Greece, was re-imagined by Melina Giolva two decades later. Our plant-based baked snacks are carefully crafted with extra virgin olive oil (every Greek’s elixir of life) and the finest organic ingredients the Greek mother nature has to offer.
